What can I return?

You may  only return screen printed products purchased from us online subject to the following:

1. Items must be returned within 14 days of you receiving the goods.
2. Items must be unused, be free from odours and in a sale-able condition with original packaging.
3. All items must still have ÆRTH CLOTHING swing tag attached as when received, items will not be refunded unless tag is present.

Do I need to contact ÆRTH CLOTHING before returning?

Yes, please email us before returning an item.
Please follow below steps;

1. Package your item(s) in its original and adequate packaging.
2. Send it to:

3. Returns should be sent using a tracked/recorded delivery or Royal Mail special delivery.
   It is your responsibility to fund the return of items to us; ÆRTH CLOTHING cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.

My refund?

Refunds will be made to the card that was used in the original purchase.
We only refund the cost of your item not the postage cost.
We will process your refund within 3 days of receiving and checking your item.

Please keep in mind

We will not accept returns on items which are late and/or do not adhere to the conditions stated above. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
